A CIRCLE OF SUPPORT FOR POSTPARTUM MOTHERS

Circle Dates: Every other Saturday beginning May 4, 2024
Time: 10:30 a.m - 12 p.m.
Investment: Suggested donation of $11
Location: Ventura & Ojai; in-person location details provided upon registration

This circle is intended for mothers who are in the midst of their first six months postpartum. We will talk about your birth integration and healing thus far, the truths and mistruths regarding modern motherhood, and how to build community for yourself and your children in this new paradigm we are all being guided to live within.

An essential focus of this circle is motherhood visioning. We will spend a good amount of time imagining ideal mothering scenarios that center each mother as the lead of their integrated mamababy lifestyle.

CIRCLE MAMAS WILL RECEIVE:

  • Community - true, heartfelt community

  • The opportunity to share about their postpartum experiences and their mothering desires, ask questions, seek advice, and receive feedback from myself and the other mothers in the group

  • Insights regarding the phsyiologic design of mothers and babies in the realms of birth and the immediate postpartum months

  • Breastfeeding support

  • The sharing of resources, including local practitioners, books, documentaries, online courses, and more

  • Grounding meditations and restful breathing exercises

  • Journaling prompts
