Kaitlin Pearl Coghill is a divinely inspired writer, editor, storyteller and keeper of birth and mothercare wisdom. She received her Bachelor's in Communication Studies from the University of San Diego, where she worked as both a columnist and Editor in Chief of the campus newspaper.

After a brief stint in the corporate world of publishing, Kaitlin found herself called to birth work. The call was so undeniably strong that she left her job as an Editorial Assistant at SAGE Publications to create her own birth and postpartum doula business. The pursuit was successful and she found herself fully immersed in the realms of birth and mothercare almost immediately.

Her studies and revelations led her to birth her third daughter freely at home in the sole presence of her husband and children in 2020. This experience dramatically shifted Kaitlin's perspective on what it means to be fully embodied and driven by divine purpose. The experience drew her to hone in on three pivotal components of life as a creative human being - story medicine, plant medicine and mother medicine.

Outside of this space, Kaitlin is currently engaged in editorial and consulting opportunities with businesses and publications that center on the elevation of natural health and healing, plant medicine, motherhood, Mother Earth, entrepreneurship, storytelling, the creative arts and an irresistible reverence for Life itself.

When not channeling her energy into her creative offerings, Kaitlin can be found living and loving life alongside her husband and three daughters in Southern California, where they honor the ocean and worship the sun all year long.
